Hope For Paws

501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to help and aid dogs in need.

Hope For Paw’s mission is to rescue, aid and assist the lost, abandoned, homeless, sick and/or injured animals from the streets as well as from the local shelters and pounds. All animals that we rescue are provided with medical attention and those who have not been spayed or neutered, are sterilized before we find them the most loving permanent home. We also work alongside local correctional facilities to further develop canine programs or to assist in programs already established. These programs are designed to aid in the rehabilitation of the inmates by giving them a sense of accomplishment through training the dogs as well as the responsibility to care for, feed and socializing them. The dogs benefit by having 24/7 interaction with people and graduate as well trained balanced dogs. We work with local animal shelters/pounds and rescues to pull the animals most likely to be euthanized due to injury, health, breed or age and/or those for whom we know we can place with other rescues.
