To privide temporary humane care, shelter, food, water, and medical care for stray, unwanted and neglected animals in Columbia County and surrounded areas.

We are a 501(c) 3 non-profit organization that is run through donations from community as well as some proceds from our Second Chances Thrift Store. We do not recieve any city,state,or federal funding. Located behind the Economy Inn on N. Vine Street; W. Columbia St. dead ends into CCAPS.
