Chihuahua Rescue and Rehab is a non-profit 501(c)3 Chihuahua rescue consisting of a small group of volunteers who rescue and rehabilitate homeless Chihuahua's and place them into new loving homes.

Chihuahua Rescue and Rehab is a division of 4 Paws Pet Rescue who is an all breed non-profit 501(c)3 rescue in Vacaville CA. 4 Paws was established in 1999 by Annette Taylor who is now running CR&R. This division was formed due to the high death rate of Chihuahua's in our shelters in CA. We felt it needed it's own group to focus on the need of saving the lives of Chihuahua's which are the number two breed being euthanized in our shelters today. All dogs are spayed/neutered, current on vaccines and microchipped before going into their new homes. Many dogs have had dentals and blood panels. Regular adoption fees are usually $150 unless otherwise noted. We are a small group of dedicated volunteers with a love for the breed.
