Human development Society is an Indian non-profit development organization with a vision to achieve “A society free from inequalities and a society with a culture of philanthropy”

The challenges of human deprivation and the desire to create a credible, transparent, committed and sustainable organisation at the national as well as international level to fight human deprivation were the key motivating factors behind the establishment of Human Development Society. HDS attempts to address multiple challenges which our society faces viz. poverty, non-fulfillment of basic needs, social exclusion etc. The organisation aspires to create a space for itself as a credible, transparent, committed and sustainable organization in the country and internationally in order to streghten its fight against human deprivation

Presently the organisation works in five key functional areas namely education, health, welfare of women, children and elderly, capacity building and conservation of environment.
