It is Guardian Angels Mission to provide a loving, caring, positive environment to those horses that have been either abused, neglected, abandoned, or at risk of being shipped to slaughter. We will place these horses in a positive, loving home that will benefit both horse and adoptive family

We are a non-profit organization located in Pasco, Washington that started in January 2012. Angela Weissenberger that started the rescue has and is still working with a feedlot trying to save horse before they were shipped to slaughter. Since then in a short few months we are currently now taking surrenders and abuse and neglect cases. Since the rescue has started we have saved over 37 horses and counting. Many from the feedlot awaiting slaughter and abuse and neglect cases. We are currently looking for a bigger facility so we can house more horses and work with the local animal control and Sheriffs dept to be able to take in seizures and surrenders. We are in the process if getting our 501(c)3 status.
