into loving, forever homes.

ROMP Playful Pet Services' creator, Paul Duff, appalled by the horrific overcrowding of adoptable animals in Los Angeles City Shelters, began actively gathering other like minded rescuers and started saving lives. With the help of volunteers Stephanie Riggio, Diana Coulter, and many more, the little rescue that could obtained its 501 (c) (3) certification and continued to make a difference in the lives of animals and people in and outside of Los Angeles.
