Paws Awhile animal sanctuary is located in Raglan. We aim to provide safe haven for animals rescued from abuse and neglect. Paws Awhile has many permanent and foster residents including dogs, cats, donkeys, miniature ponies, highland cattle, kunekune pigs and chickens. We are an independent and self-funded animal sanctuary working alongside other animal welfare agencies to better the lives of animals in New Zealand.
