To rescue and temporarily re-home abandoned and unwanted cats in the Central Aberdeen area

To enquire about adopting one of our cats please call 07483835026 and choose the appropriate option. Please remember we are all volunteers and give our time freely; calls will not be answered before 10am and after 8pm and we will not respond to text messages.

For lost and found please call 07811 012604.

We offer temporary accommodation and care for unwanted or abandoned cats until new homes are found.

We also offer information and advice about responsible cat ownership and the benefits of neutering, spaying and micro chipping.

Central Aberdeen Cats Protection covers the area between the River Dee and the River Don and out towards Northfield, Mastrick, Hazlehead, Mannofield and Garthdee.

All the cats in our care are neutered/spayed, vaccinated, micro-chipped, flead/wormed and come with 4 weeks free pet insurance.

There is also a Cats Protection shop located at 96 King Street which is run by volunteers, the opening hours are:
