We can save so many lives through hope, love, and hard work. We want people to know that they CAN make a difference no matter how little they give.

REACT will provide education regarding equine care to the public, assist governmental authorities in rescuing and rehabilitating equines who have been neglected or abused, and provide rehabilitation and rehoming services for horses that have been abandoned, surrendered to the organization, or seized by law enforcement agencies. The organization will seek public funding and will accept donations to finance feed, transport, shelter, farrier and vetting costs of the horses in the organization's care, and may assist horse owners in caring for their horses in order to prevent neglect or surrender. We make an honest effort to do the best we can to save as many horses we believe have a good chance at rehabilitation and adoption as we can. All organization activities will be conducted by its board members and volunteers.

Rescue Equine Adoptions Caring and Training, 501(c)3 is a non-profit public charity that provides rescue, rehabilitation, temporary assistance and adoption for horses that are at risk, neglected, abused, unwanted or otherwise in need of special care. REACT acquires abused and neglected horses by surrender or by purchase.
Once in REACT's care, we make every effort to bring the equine back to good health. We ensure proper nutrition, medical care, and farrier services....such as hoof trims and corrective shoeing. If we are successful in returning the rescued horse to health, we look for an individual or a family to adopt the horse. All adoptions take place subject to a comprehensive adoption contract that includes provisions requiring the proper care and treatment of the horse.
