RSPCA Warwickshire South and East Branch

Self-funding RSPCA branch based in Leamington Spa. Looking after local animals and people.
Charity number: 226283

To rescue, rehabilitate and rehome animals in need.

Our RSPCA branch has been operating since the1950s, we started off by holding a clinic in Russell Street in Leamington Spa where an Inspector would give help and advice to anyone who turned up. We then rented the ground floor of a tiny shop in Regent Grove, Leamington Spa (now a wool shop) where the front room was a little shop and the back room housed the radio control centre which directed the Inspectors to the calls that had come in asking for help. We now have 2 charity shops - in Leamington Spa and Kenilworth. We are run by a committee of volunteers. The Warwickshire South and East RSPCA branch is a separately registered branch of the RSPCA and is responsible for raising funds locally. We care for unwanted, neglected animals, animals with no owner, animals whose owners can no longer keep them - any animal and/or their owner, who needs us. We don't have an animal home which means that our animals are cared for either by volunteer fosterers or at a private, local boarding establishment (where we have to pay).
