Owasso Feline Rescue was founded by Annette Sanders in 1999. We are a 501c3 Non-Profit Organization that rescues cats in need. So far, we have done over 9,000+ spays and neuters in the Owasso area and about 7,500 adoptions. We strive to teach the importance of spaying and neutering your pet, not only for you but mostly for them. Spaying or neutering a stray cat is a great donation to the pet over-population. Preventing unwanted animals from being born is the only way to avoid unwanted pets.
