Burlington Animal Services is committed to ensuring the health, safety and welfare of people and pets in our community through our commitment to public service, active enforcement of state and local laws, providing humane animal care, promoting responsible pet ownership and addressing pet overpopulation in Alamance County. Burlington Animal Services seeks to work with citizens, volunteers and community partners in accomplishing our mission.
Burlington Animal Services is a department of the City of Burlington and is responsible for enforcement of laws pertaining to animal issues in the City of Burlington as well as providing public animal sheltering and pet adoption services for all of Alamance County. Additionally, Burlington Animal Services operates the Spay & Neuter Clinic of Alamance County.
