National Animal Welfare Trust Somerset
Somerset branch of rescue and rehoming charity National Animal Welfare Trust, based in Langport.
NAWT's Somerset centre based in West Henley, just outside of Langport, rehomes a wide variety of animals. Apart from the extensive kennels and cattery there are stables and paddocks for donkeys and ponies. The farm area accommodates goats and we have a pond and poultry enclosure for ducks, geese and chickens.
We rehome around 400 cats and dogs at our Somerset centre every year as well as a small number of field animals. Every animal has been individually assessed and cared for by our experienced and dedicated staff. All animals are vet-checked and vaccinated before being rehomed.
