Long Island Greyhound Connection. is a 501c3 organziation completely run by volunteers who are dedicated to finding responsible, loving homes for ex- racing greyhounds. We support Long Island, Brooklyn, Queens, Manhattan Staten Island and parts of NJ. All the ex racers that come to LIGC go directly into foster homes
