A dedicated group of volunteers, in the Fairmont WV area, striving to locate forever homes for rescued animals, as well as offering other assistance and support services. We also want to educate pet owners on the importance of spaying and neutering.

Pet Helpers is a group of dedicated volunteers who strive to place unwanted pets in loving forever homes. Our pets are mainly from kill shelters or taken from the public in an effort to prevent them from being taken to a shelter. We offer educational programs with area schools and local public spay/neuter assistance with grant funding. All pets are located in foster homes while searching for their forever home. We are a registered 501c3 Non-Profit Organization who operates solely on adoption fees and donations from our supporters.

Pet Helpers, Inc. is a registered 501c3 Non-Profit pet rescue. We are a foster-based rescue and all pets live in homes with a volunteer until their forever home is found. We do not have a facility. You can visit our pets at adoption events or by appointment. We assist with public spay/neuter through grants. Our volunteers are involved with several area schools to provide early education in the proper care of pets. Pet Helpers operates solely on adoption fees and public donations, we have no paid staff.
