Virden Pet Network
A foster based pet rescue serving Virden and Southwest Manitoba.
To end the euthanasia of healthy, adoptable pets. To remove as many strays from the streets as possible and provide them with a better life. To spay and neuter all pets in our care and promote humane education in the community. To place wonderful pets into homes where they will provide joy and companionship and receive love and care for a lifetime. To help lost pets get home using our network.
We take in homeless pets, provide veterinary care, spay-neuter, vaccinations, etc. and care for them in volunteer foster homes until their adoption. We operate as a 100% non profit organization with volunteer workers and a volunteer board of directors. Our work is supported by donations and fundraising efforts in the area. Has official charity status with Canada Revenue Agency; donations are tax deductable.
