The Fredericton SPCA positively impacts animal welfare by:

* Providing temporary shelter, care and adoption opportunities for animals in need.


* Each year The Fredericton SPCA provides temporary shelter, care & adoption opportunities for over 1,300 companion animals in need.
* We are committed to finding a home for every trainable, treatable and adoptable animal in our care.
* To help reduce pet overpopulation every pet adopted from us is spayed or neutered before going home.
* We offer education programs that promote responsible care and inspire compassion, empathy and respect for all animals.
* “Speaking Up For Animals” is our slogan. It’s what we do everyday when we help abandoned & neglected animals and educate the public about animal cruelty & neglect. It's what we will continue to do everyday, with your help.

- Request for/support of any illegal activity (such as unauthorized "rescue" of a privately owned animal)
-Disrespecting other people: We want people to feel comfortable about posting their questions and answers on our Facebook page. Angry rants or abusive posts don't help achieve this and they will be deleted. Please don't post inflammatory messages designed to foster these kinds of arguments.

If you continue to violate this policy, you will be removed from our page.
