City of Elk Grove Animal Services provides effective, courteous, and responsive animal care and control services to the community of Elk Grove. We are responsible for Elk Grove’s stray, injured abandoned, neglected, and mistreated animals. As well as to protect, educate, and serve the public; develop programs that improve the lives of people and animals; and to create opportunities for our community and supporters to help us succeed.
