The Baytown Animal Services Division enforces state laws and city ordinances to provide a safe and healthy environment for the citizens of Baytown.

In order to adopt you must be 18+ years of age with a valid driver's license or photo ID.
Regular adoption fees for every animal is $50 dollars. You will receive $40 back in the form of a voucher to go towards spaying or neutering your animal.
In compliance with city and state law, you must sign a contract upon adoption agreeing to sterilize and rabies vaccinate your adopted animal. You must provide us with vet documentation within the date written on your contract.
