The Horn Society For the Protection And Care of Animals (Horn SPCA)- is a non-profit, non-governmental Animal Welfare Organization based in Somaliland (one of the few stable countries in the troubled region of the Horn of Africa) which stands to fight for the protection and care of all animals through education, free veterinary services and advocacy.

The Horn SPCA's programs include; Humane Stray Animals Management, Improving the lives of working animals (Donkeys and Camels) through free veterinary services, Rabies Control program through vaccination, etc

We are there for the animals in Somaliland and across the Greater Horn of Africa.
