Our mission is in our name, the Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals. We protect ALL animals. The Randfontein & Westonaria SPCA is a member of the National Council of SPCAs (NSPCA).


The SPCA believes in the five freedoms:

1. Freedom from thirst, hunger and malnutrition
2. Freedom from discomfort
3. Freedom from pain, injury or disease
4. Freedom to express normal behaviour
5. Freedom from fear and distress

But the most important of all is the freedom to be free!
