Green Pup Shelter is a not-for-profit, 501c3 rescue, run strictly by volunteers. We believe all dogs are worth saving, therefore we do not euthanize.

Green Pup Shelter is a NO Kill, Not for Profit, Dog Rescue. We are volunteer based and seek to save as many precious dogs as possible from unnecessary euthanasia practices. We are based out of Illinois and parter with rescues in Texas with a common goal of providing dogs of all ages a second chance in life. Our foster based rescue allows us to truly get to know each dogs personality and aids us in finding the perfect forever home. We seek to educate the community about the importance of vaccinations and spaying/neutering your pets. We are always looking for volunteers and foster families.
