MISSION STATEMENT
To support the Nancy J. Brua Animal Care Center with assistance for emergency medical care and rehabilitation of shelter pets and to increase public awareness of animal health and welfare issues in Cochise County
The Board for this charity is comprised of animal lovers. No salaries are paid...it is a 100% volunteer group. This charity has no employees and no office, thus very little in the way of overhead costs. We wish to insure that as many dollars as can be raised (through memberships, events and donations) will go to actual services and supplies for our homeless pets.
While we would be thrilled to be able to do for each and every homeless pet, our monies will always have limits. We will never be able to provide on-going expensive care. We are in hopes of being able to fund the one-time grooming or the one-time surgery to rehabilitate a previously unadoptable shelter pet so they have the same opportunity for adoption that the animals with no physical or appearance issues have.
We welcome any and all community members throughout Sierra Vista and Cochise County to become involved in our organization.
