H & P Animal Alliance is a 501c3 non-profit that seeks to better the lives of animals through education and action.

We are a small organization that pulls dogs in need from the overcrowded shelters in Columbia County and surrounding areas. We work with other rescue groups to place dogs from our local shelters, help transport them, and foster for those rescues and ourselves.

We have a low cost spay and neuter program called SNIP to help low income families with the cost of the procedure.

Our adoption process includes an application, home check, vet check, and reference check. We do not do on site adoptions.
Our dogs are completely vetted, including spay or neutered, and microchipped.
