We try to educate the public on the importance of spaying and neutering their pets. If you are feeding strays or feral cats, you must find a way to spay or neuter. There is a low cost Clinic available called H.O.P.E Clinic (Halt Overpopulation Prevent Euthanasia). Their new location is 214 Canal Street, Unit # 1, Plantsville Connecticut. 06479. Rose Hope Animal Refuge is a 501 (c) 3 organization, RUN SOLEY ON VOLUNTEERS. Together we help cats, kittens, dogs, and puppies by providing them with a new chance at life.
