Rescue Junkie is a 501 (c) (3) animal welfare organization that rescues dogs and cats from high kill shelters in Florida. We are a 100% volunteer group.

To end the unnecessary killing of animals in shelters in Florida. We strive to educate the adopting public about the importance of spaying/neutering of pet companions and adoption as a first choice.

Rescue Junkie, Inc is a 501 (c) (3) animal rescue organization. All donations are tax deductible and 100% of the proceeds are used to spay/neuter, vaccinate, microchip and provide foster and veterinary care for our rescue animals. Many of our rescue animals have pre-existing medical conditions such as heartworms and issues relating to malnourishment, etc. We find loving forever homes for our dogs & cats and provide support to our adopters to assure all animals will acclimate and thrive in their new homes.
