No-Kill Animal Rescue

Our mission is to give homeless hurt and unwanted animals a second chance through our rescue and adoption programs. We do all we can to reunite families with their lost or stolen pets also, to help educate the public about spaying and neutering their pets.

Whispurring Hope Animal Rescue is a 501(c)(3) non-profit animal rescue in Dubuque County, Iowa started in early 2014 by Vicky Ruefer and her daughter, April Hoskins. We are a state licensed, no kill rescue that works to give every animal a fighting chance.
