We are a non-profit no kill organization that is run solely by volunteers on donated funds, food,and supplies.

To find homes for homeless cats and trap, spay, neuter and release of feral cat's.
Educate the public about the importance of keeping your cat indoors and getting medical checkup's and shots.

We aslo produce a program on the local Channel 13 T.V. station where we have special guests and helpfull information and feature our cats at the shelter or in our foster homes. Two local veterinarian's have been featured explaining how they give exams and what they look for to make sure the cat is healthy.

People for Cats also finds suitable homes for adoptable homeless cats. Each calendar year we are proud that we have placed approximately 250 cats in homes. We also reduce the feral population with our trap,spay/neuter
and release program. We want to educate the public on how to prevent overpopulation, the importance of taking their pets to the vets once a year for booster shots and a general health exam.
