Now this looks like a dog that knows he's handsome!!

Willie is a 70lb Pyrenees/Anatolian mix. He is less than a year old and hasn’t had the best start to his doggie life so far. After being dumped in a cemetery and left to fend for himself with his brothers and sister for over 2 weeks, he was rescued and brought to Wisconsin. He is slowly adjusting to life in his foster home and still unsure of everything. A fenced in yard would be best for him to be able to go in and outside at his own pace since he is uncomfortable walking on a leash. He knows to go potty outside but it can be difficult to get him to go if he’s leashed. He is learning to trust and love dog life more and more every day. He needs flexibility and patience to discover his surroundings and people in his own time. He’s a cuddler and loves the comfort of people around and having a warm bed to sleep in. He will need a patient and loving family to give him the time to adjust and trust them, but Willie is worth the wait. He’s got a lot of love to give he just doesn’t know who to give it to. Birch is such a playful love bug, and can't wait to get to his forever home..... Check him out!!

Hello Wisconsin! My name is Birch. I am a 1 year old Shar Pei mix that weighs about 50 pounds. My foster mom says I'm skinny and need to put on some weight so my bones don't show. I love to eat, so hopefully now that I'm being fed well it won't take long! First I want to say it's beautiful here, secondly I want to say it's FREEZING!!!! Now I see why chunky is better in Wisconsin! I am so excited to be living in a home with a super warm fireplace... It's my favorite spot to hang out! I live with 4 other dogs, and I get along with all of them.... We play, we box and then we collapse on the floor from exhaustion together! It's a really fun way to spend the day! I can't get over how wonderful it feels to be loved by humans! I have so many kisses to give and so much love to share! Snuggling up at your side seems to be my favorite! My mommy says I know my basic commands, and I've been doing really good with not having accidents. I like to go out every couple of hours. I'm working on walking on a leash, but I'm getting the hang of it rather quickly. I go into my crate without any problems, and am very chill when I'm in there...I don't even whine or bark! My mom says I'm smart and so very handsome! I guess I have a squishy face that she loves cause she's always kissing me! I am content here, but I REALLY need a family to call my own! I have so much love to give.... Who's out there looking for someone to love them???? I'm your guy!!

Well hello handsome!! 😍

Brogan is a oneish year old love bug who has moments of being a lottle rambunctious! He weighs around 40 lbs and is listed as a shepherd mix.

He is a very playful, sweet guy who follows you from room to room. He has a medium-high energy level and needs a couple big walks and playtime daily. He loves to wrestle with his doggy foster siblings and will bark at them to get them to play more. He also loves fetch and going for walks. Once you get all his energy out, he's a big cuddler and loves to snuggle right next to you!

If he doesn’t get enough exercise, his rambunctious side comes out and he can get into things he shouldn’t! He responds very well when his foster parents tell him “no” and he’s learning all about manners.

He does a great job going to the bathroom outside and he's also a rockstar in a crate. He goes in no problem and sleeps quietly in it when we are gone and at night. This sweet boy is hoping to find his family soon!

My name is Spice and I will spice up your life if you welcome me into your family! I am a 2 yr old, spayed female, heeler mix weighing in at a petite 35 lbs.

I was hit by a car before I arrived in Wisconsin so my back right leg was amputated, but I have learned to get around like a champ regardless!

I do a really good job of keeping three paws on the floor. I have not had any potty accidents in my foster home going outside about every three hours. I am doing a great job sharing toys, food, water, and attention with my furry foster siblings. I am curious about things in my sight and reach but if I put them in my mouth, I am doing a good job with drop it and letting my humans have it. I have only barked a few times when I’ve seen people walking past my yard but that is all.

I LOVE marrow and knuckle bones. Pulling on stuffies until I see the guts is fun. Taking the stuffing and squeaker out is a blast! I love to run in my yard too.

I’m a little shy when I first meet new people. By my second day in foster, I was going to my family for cuddles, spinning circles of excitement to say I’m so happy you are home, and pawing at legs to say let’s play. My foster mom says I am such a sweet, silly girl. I have lots of love to give and would love to share my first Wisconsin snowfall with you!

Oh sweet Bambi!

Bambi is on the hunt for a warm, cozy home to call his own. Bambi is a 1 year old, male chiweenie, weighing in at 12 pounds. Bambi is extremely cuddly and will never turn down a good belly rub. He is not very subtle with his love for belly rubs as he will immediately roll over onto his back once you take one step near him. Bambi is a huge fan of naptime and has no issues curling into a ball to get a quick snooze. He is comfortable in his crate and has gone a full 8 hour work day without any issues. Bambi hasn't had any accidents in the house but appreciates going out on a schedule. He isn't always the biggest fan of the cold weather but does just fine when he has his jacket on. Bambi tends to be a little timid on the leash when going on walks, especially at night, but is getting better each day. He is cat (and bunny) friendly and also does well around children, as long as he has time to warm up to them and they know to respect his space. So if you're looking for a cuddly companion, Bambi will surely melt your heart.

PUPPY ❤️

Hi! My name is Apricot, I'm a 4 month old, 30 lb. spayed female lab mix that moved to WI from Oklahoma on November 14 and am looking for my forever family. I am shy at first, but a big cuddler once I get to know you. I am also cautious when I enter new rooms and areas I am not familiar with, but very chill once I have my surroundings down. I am a very mellow puppy. I lay in my crate in my mom's at home office most of the day while she works so I can be close by. I do love a good game of chase with my 8 and 9 year old human sisters, and boy do I love to roll in the leaves. Some of my other favorite things are a good chew toy and to lay on my back for a belly rub. I have not had an accident in the house and am pretty good on a leash for it being so new. I take a little encouragement to get into my crate at night as I'd rather sleep on the couch, but once I'm there I sleep through the night. I'm excited to meet my furever family, could it be you?

Chocolate is a 1year old spayed female Beagle mix, weighing about 30lbs.

Chocolate is super loving and an extremely cuddly companion. She is looking for a home with another dog to help her along with her confidence. She loves going for walks, playing at the dog park, and as many toys as she can get a hold of. She has energy to burn and will stay within a tongue length away from her person while at home. She loves to play with all dogs and cats but can also stay busy with toys all by herself. New things make her nervous so she depends on her siblings to show her what is ok and what to actually be cautious of. Meet Willow - an 1.5 year old, female, Boxer mix. She is a fit 48 pound beauty with medium-high energy that loves to go for walks, play with toys, and snuggle on the couch when she is tired.
