Our goal is to improve the quality of life for exotic animals and their guardians through the use of humane training and communication practices. The R+ at the end of our name stands for positive reinforcement which is the bedrock of our practice.

OUR MISSION:

Increase the quality of life for animals, especially exotic companion animals, and their care-givers through humane education, behaviour modification, training, workshops, and consultation.

OUR 'AUDACIOUS' 12 YEAR GOAL:

A financially self-sustaining, socially & environmentally responsible, parrot education and adoption centre.


In partnership with our ‘Avian Ambassadors,' Parrot Partner strives to raise awareness of:

1. the use of respectful and humane training practices,
2. the struggles of non-domesticated animals in our homes and in the wild,
3. the application of applied behaviour analysis as a scientific technology with which to improve our relationships with our pets, our families, our communities, and ultimately, our planet.
