We are a 501c3 Non Profit Animal Rescue located in Galveston County Texas



To save cats one at a time by partnering with other rescue groups in saving cats from high kill shelters, vetting them using donations, and finding them loving forever homes, and to stop the suffering of pets through education.

We do not take rescue animals at this location. This location is the office, but instead help save animals from all over the United States by partnering with other 501c3 rescues to save them from High Kill shelters. We are a foster based rescue only.

Critter Haven Rescue/Critter Camp was founded in Amarillo Tx approximately 25 years ago. We received 501c3 non profit status a few years ago. Critter Camp in Amarillo Tx is still open to board and groom your pets.
