Our aim is to educate our local community in Responsible Pet Ownership, and the importance of spay/neuter practices, and raise awareness of the dire consequences that arise in its absence. Every pet deserves a safe, loving home.

The Refuge is a not-for-profit organisation, ever thankful to the wonderful Volunteers who dedicate time and energy daily, to assist us in ongoing the care of the animals and maintenance of our facilities.
Pets lost, mistreated, or abandoned, exist around us every day. So much unnecessary pain and suffering, culminating in 100’s and 1000’s of unfortunate, unwanted animals being euthanized every year.
