TEAM PAWS is a charity racing and fundraising team CHICAGO helping the homeless pets through PAWS Chicago. TEAM PAWS is working to raise the crucial funds needed rescues pets, who may otherwise not survive, provides them with medical care, spay/neuter surgeries, micro-chips, shelter, high quality food, and the love and nourishment they need to heal and be adopted into loving new homes.
Every dollar raised by TEAM PAWS go directly back to saving the homeless, sick, and injured pets at PAWS Chicago. PAWS Chicago’s goal is to end the overpopulation of homeless pets by implementing responsible spay/neuter programs, rescuing as many homeless animals as possible and helping them find forever homes. Below are just a few examples of how each donation makes a life-saving difference to the nearly 6,000 animals we rescue each year:
• $35 gives the gift of cleaning supplies for one day
• $65 covers the cost of X-rays for an injured dog or cat
• $86 sponsors a spay/neuter surgery to help prevent over pet population
• $175 funds medication and care for an upper respiratory for one kitten or puppy
• $250 cares for one healthy puppy or kitten from arrival through adoption
• $322 cares for one adult dogs or cat from arrival through adoption
TEAM PAWS members make a promise to be a hero for homeless pets by fulfilling their fundraising commitments. The funds raised by TEAM PAWS directly impact PAWS Chicago's ability to save homeless pets. The more the team raises, the more lives PAWS Chicago can rescue.

TEAM PAWS is committed to helping every team member succeed in his or her fundraising goal. All team members receive a free, customizable fundraising webpage to share their personal story, love of animals and journey to race day, and to solicit donations from supporters. Tools include template letters, facts about PAWS Chicago, a captivating video, reporting capabilities and social media integration to help make fundraising a breeze.
