Before you post, email or call us, please browse through the PAWS Website (http://paws.org.ph) to find out about PAWS and read the FAQs (Frequently Asked Questions) for answers to your queries. You'll save time and you'll get the answer with less effort and without the wait.

If your queries are not on the FAQs list or if there's any information you would like us to know, contact us through proper channels:
1) CALL the PAWS office at telephone number 475-1688 during office hours (10am-5pm Mondays to Saturdays except holidays). If the telephone is busy (due to the volume of calls we receive) or it remains unanswered (bathroom breaks or entertaining a shelter visitor), you may leave your landline numbers and the nature of why you want to get in touch with us when the answering machine picks up, or
2) EMAIL us TO: philpaws@paws.org.ph CC: pawsphinquiries@gmail.com (DO NOT POST REPORTS IN THE PAWS FACEBOOK - YOUR COMMENT CAN BE OVERLOOKED AND GO UNNOTICED DUE TO THE NUMBER OF POSTS)
People who read the FAQs help us help the animals. The guidelines (in the FAQ section of the website) were put up so that people can be proactive and do things at their own level, without waiting for PAWS to scramble for available volunteers to go out on a rescue or answer the email or Facebook comment (we do not routinely check all posts for queries, especially older posts, because of other responsibilities and more urgent shelter matters).
Thank you.

NEWS ALERT! In case you missed GivingTuesday yesterday, PAWS is accepting GivingTuesday donations all week until midnight December 4. Donation link in bio. You can help more animals in need like the 77 cats, kittens, dogs and puppies who came to safety at PAWS on a rescue flight yesterday. Special thanks to our rescue partners @newbeginnings4mercedcoanimals and @wingsofrescue for entrusting us with this precious cargo.

Adorable feline Kelly Janeway arrived at PAWS all the way from California with her newborn babies, in search of a safe place to raise her family. Since then, she’s been in a wonderful foster home and her kittens have all found homes, so she’s ready to find her one of her own. Her foster mom reports that Kelly enjoys playing hide-and-seek in her tunnel, sometimes even taking naps in there. She loves to talk and will fill you in on any news you might have missed. She may fall asleep in your lap and would prefer that you not move until she’s awake (thank you in advance). She just wants to hang out with you and be by your side always – when she’s not busy keeping tabs on the birds and squirrels from the cat tree, that is.
Kelly Janeway is available for adoption in her foster home. If you are interested in learning more about her or setting up a meet and greet, please call PAWS Cat City at 206-782-1700.

Let’s hear it for the students at Spruce Elementary! They’ve teamed up with Brown Bear Car Wash to raise money for the bears at PAWS with their “Books for Bears” read-a-thon this #GivingTuesday. Each book they read unlocks $1 from Brown Bear Car Wash for the five orphaned bears currently in care at PAWS – up to $2,000! They’ve almost hit their goal and second grade teacher Dr. Jennie Warmouth says, “I wish you could feel the energy at Spruce Elementary today. Kids are buzzing with enthusiasm and pride. Teachers are reporting that otherwise reluctant readers are engaging because they want to help those bears. Check out my student who decided to read an entire TUB of books today!”
You can help these students support the animals at PAWS by giving today at paws.org/givingtuesday (link in bio).
