Paws-N-Claws Rescue & Rehab is located in rural Wapello County, Ia. PNC currently is a dog only foster based rescue.

Our mission is to help those without a voice by giving them ours. If there is an animal in need, we will provide shelter and rehab for it. Whether we keep the animal in our facility or transfer it to a sister rehab, we will do what is best for them. We do this by getting them healthy, preparing them for, and finding them the excellent forever home they deserve.
