Hancock County Animal Shelter is devoted to saving the lives of animals through sheltering, adoption, foster care, spay/neuter programs, cruelty prevention, & community outreach.

On July 1, 2016, The Hancock County Commission resumed operation of the Hancock County Animal Shelter. All animals in Hancock County will be treated with compassion and care through the work of dedicated and caring employees and volunteers.
