Our mission at the Kentucky S.P.C.A (aka KY SPCA) is to promote the health and welfare of domestic animals in the Commonwealth of Kentucky.

Our mission at the Kentucky S.P.C.A is to promote the health and welfare of domestic animals in the Commonwealth of Kentucky. We investigate animal cruelty, work to institute low cost spay / neuter programs, work with local rescues and shelters, and seek to raise awareness of the necessity of spaying or neutering your animal. We are working to institute feral cat catch-and-release programs, and towards our goal of implementing 100% no-kill sheltering by 2024.
