The Caddo Parish Animal Shelter's mission is to ensure the protection, education, and welfare of the animals and citizens of Caddo Parish.

The Caddo Parish Animal Shelter promotes the safety, protection and welfare of its domestic animals and citizens. We promote the spaying and neutering of all household pets to better serve our community through animal control and we promote saving animals lives through adoption, volunteering, fostering, and donating.
