Meet Alva! 🐾

Let’s give you some background information first:
Alva was originally called in at the beginning of January for being a “stray”. However on arrival officers found he was running around a certain house on the street and would not leave. Officers spent a few hours attempting to catch Alva, (who was avoiding us at all cost) and even set a live trap on the porch. We were unsuccessful. It wasn’t until the person who called him in as a “stray” showed up and he walked right up to this person, wagging his tail and waited to go inside 😢. Unfortunately without proof of ownership to said person, Alva was brought in as a “stray”. We have spent the last few weeks earning scared Alva’s trust and he is officially available for adoption. ❤️ We hope to find Alva a forever loving family who can give him the patience he needs to blossom into an awesome dog!
He does take a little bit to not be nervous and shake around a new person, but don’t worry he loves some treats and is easy to come around when he is comfortable. We do believe he will be extremely loyal to his owner!
Alva loves to play and brings his toy back to you and drops it for you! Alva also will be extremely easy to train as he loves treats and takes direction well.

Selena is back and ready for her forever home! 🏡

Selena was adopted about three weeks ago, and like most cats needs time to adjust and an owner to put in the work. Selena began puking, associated with a harsh food change. After supposedly putting in the work to change the diet, “she just wouldn’t stop puking.” However, changing her food over a three week time period, every few days, didn’t give her belly time to settle and get used to a food. 😭 (We didn’t have an issue with her puking before adoption because thankfully our cats food stays pretty regular of being the same brand).
