We are a no-kill, cage-free, cat only shelter established in 1974. We are a federally registered 501(c)3 non profit, and registered with the Mass State Dept of Agriculture.

Our mission is to provide and care for homeless cats until they can be placed in loving homes; to take an active role in controlling the feline population by reducing the number of felines that are not spayed or neutered; and to refrain from using euthanasia as a means of controlling the feline population.
