Hope Springs Educational Foundation Inc., is a 501(c) 3 non-profit organization, we are dedicated to assisting foster care youth, by providing educational scholarships and monetary awards for fundamental needs through social programs.

Our mission statement reads

“We offer a "Spring of Hope" to Foster Care Youth by giving them scholarships, supporting them throughout their continued education experience and collaborating with other agencies. Thus Empowering them to continue their education beyond High School."

Our goal is to provide as many scholarships and monetary awards as our resources can deliver. Although some eligibility requirements must be met, our programs are basically non-competitive. Winners are selected by lottery which means all applicants have the equal opportunity of HOPE!

Every foster care child, deserves an opportunity to experience life in all its fullness. Our goal is to spare their hearts the horrific burden of being abandoned at vulnerable young ages without the support and resources. We are committed to assisting them to stabilize as young adults with anticipation of bright futures!

Hope Springs Educational Foundation aims to reduce the barriers to success alongside donors, corporate sponsor and ordinary people who have the “heart” to offer Hope to the Hopeless and partner with our foundation!
