S.T.A.R.S. stands for "Special Trapping And Rescue Service" It is the "for hire" arm of "Hope for Dogs" to help offset the money we pay out monthly on our rescues. It is run by myself the Director for "Hope for Dogs" and my son Tallis Suarez, both trained ACO's and have thousands of captures under our belt.
