We strive to make unwanted animals desired animals. Our focus is on heartworm positive dogs, but we also rescue other animals.

We rescue out of Texas but adopt out of Seattle. Desiderata translates to 'something needed or wanted'. We focus on heartworm positive dogs who stand almost no chance in over-crowded kill shelters. We treat them and then adopt them out. We also do cats and kittens and heartworm negative dogs.
