A Home Away ~ Pet Boarding and Rescue

“A Home Away” is a small boarding facility and rescue dedicated in seeing that all all pets in my care are "number 1" treated with love, understanding and all my adoptable pets are placed in forever homes and not discarded for reasons, out of their control.
Our mission is to educate the public on all animal issues. Promote spay/neuter and responsible pet ownership, while sheltering and nurturing any animal in need. Finding forever loving responsible homes for all homeless and needy animals as well as help any animal owner with any questions or needs we can. Stopping needless euthanasia by uniting with other animal advocates through education, low cost spay/neuters, foster programs and continued rescue work.

The kennel has indoor 5x5 block walls for quiet and seclusion. A gillateen door that goes out into a 5 x10 concreted floor with welded wire fencing between each kennel so dogs can visit and play together. An additional fenced area to exercise. No inroom TVs or canopy beds, but light music, good food plenty of treats, clean surroundings and blankets and loads of hugs!
Easy on your pocket, tucked away in the country where there is always a nice breeze in the summer and warmth in the winter. Room to run and play, where treats and love are given freely everyday at no extra charge.
