The Atlantic County SPCA advocates for the animals of Atlantic County by promoting their welfare through programs of service and education.


The ACSPCA is committed to:
◦Investigating reports of cruelty and/or neglect and prosecuting the abusers to the fullest extent of the law.
◦Promoting spay/neuter programs.
◦Encouraging adoption of abandoned, neglected or abused animals.
◦Providing shelter and medical care for animals in need.
◦Educating the public regarding respect for animal life and responsible pet ownership.
◦Lobbying and educating government officials for clearer definitions of laws, and enforcing existing laws pertaining to animal abusers.
