Provide the Citizens of Rolla a safe and healthy enviroment for both its citizens and animals by enforcing the City of Rolla's Animal Ordinances. Provide humane shelter and care to the animals that come into the shelter. Adopt those animals that can be placed in a home. Humanely handle all other animals that cannot be put up for adoption, due to law or health.
