Polo the pibble has so many people who loved him and was rooting for him on his journey.
He was filled with so much love to give and the energy of a young pup. His loyalty was to anyone who showed him kindness.
We could never figure out why he just couldn’t find his people.

Remember handsome Hank who had to be rushed to the emergency vet 2 weeks ago for complications after his neuter surgery? Well, thanks to all the good vibes you’ve sent to him, he is now back in his foster home!! 👏🏻 🥳

His Foster reports that Hank is doing great, has a healthy appetite, but sadly has to sport the “cone of shame”. 😂❤️

He had been at the vet hospital since September 20 and just returned on October 5. His incisions from his neuter surgery opened up and became infected while in his Foster’s care. There were concerns of the infection spreading into his abdomen. The wonderful staff at Wake Veterinary Hospital and Urgent Care took him in immediately and provided the urgent medical care he needed.

Hank had a few surgeries completed at Wake Vet and the amazing doctors closed his incisions, but he needed to stay with them so they could keep watch on him around the clock and change his bandages. He had two Jackson-Pratt drains put in him and a lot of antibiotics/meds to help him recover.

The total for Hank’s vet hospital stay and procedures totaled over $8,000 in order to get him back to health and healed enough to return home. If you are able to donate towards his medical bills, CFP and Hank would be extremely grateful so we can continue to save more lives!

Our big man Hank is currently staying at the Emergency Vet with a 50/50 chance of survival. He needs all the help he can get to beat the infection he’s contracted 🙏🏼

Hank went in for a routine neuter on Friday and when the doctors opened him up they saw something very abnormal. His scrotum was attached to his tissue from his abdomen, making a simple surgery a tricky and dangerous one. The team detached the skin from his abdomen and closed the several incisions needed for this successful surgery.

Hank’s foster woke up this morning to Hank lethargic, unable to eat, shaking in pain, with a fever that had skyrocketed through the roof. He took quick action and rushed Hank to the emergency vet where we received the news that Hank had an infection that has caused him to become septic.

Hank will undergo major surgery tonight or tomorrow, once he is stabilized enough to undergo anesthesia. His survival rate is currently 50/50 and he needs all the prayers and well wishes he can get.

Our estimate is over $5,000 for his care but we will do everything we can to save his life! If you are able to donate to his care we would be so appreciative 🙏🏼
