Join us on Friday, Nov. 5th, for Oakley Masquerade, Cincinnati's largest Halloween costume party! In its first 6 years, it raised over $47,000 for local non-profits. Net proceeds from this year's event will go to Save The Animals Foundation.

Ruby Tuesday is a sweet loving Pit Bull Terrier mix, she’s estimated to be around a year or so old. Ruby has wide set hips with longer back legs that may be the result of a practice called “toad breeding”. Ruby has been checked out, her hips are fine they just cause her to run with a little hop in her step! She loves to play and snuggle. Have you ever noticed your cat looking out a window or at a toy and chirping? This chirp, also known as a chirrup or a trill, is undeniably adorable! Cats will chirp when excited, for example when their owner comes home from work. It’s like a “Hello!” in cat language! Another reason cats chirp and chatter is when their hunting instinct kicks in. Joey is a young treeing walker coonhound. He is around 5 months old. He is ALL puppy with his long legs and loves to be picked up and carries at times. He will play, play, play and then crash. He’s worked on leash walking and is doing much better. He would love a home with another pup to play with. Tonka is an English Bulldog mix that came to us as stray. Unable to find his owner we took this cutie in. He is a big snuggly lap dog, he has claimed a chair as his throne in our yard, and does like to waddle around in a wading pool. This guy is as sweet as they come. Meet Mufasa, a 7-year-old Domestic Short Hair 😻

Mufasa is the ultimate lap cat—he will happily curl up in your lap for hours. He also likes to cuddle in bed with you, and he'll stay tucked next to you all night.

Mufasa would love an adults-only home with plenty of attention to go around. He really likes to be with his people and either be in your lap or hang out nearby. He's a big hunky boy who will make a fantastic companion!
