Please do not send us Facebook messages to report neglect or cruelty - please call the RSPCA National Cruelty and Advice Line: 0300 1234 999.

The Cheltenham & East Gloucestershire branch of the RSPCA provides food, shelter and medical care for rescued animals until they can be found suitable new homes. We rehome dogs, cats, birds, rabbits and other small animals from our rehoming centre on the edge of Cheltenham in Gloucestershire. Thanks to a network of volunteers and homecheckers, we can rehome our animals to any area of the UK.

The Branch receives no government funding for our work and we rely on donations and fundraising activities to keep going, and your support is very important to us. In an average year our costs are around £45,000!

Apart from employing a part time Branch Administrator, the Cheltenham and East Gloucestershire Branch of the RSPCA is run entirely by volunteers. As well as animal adoption our activities include a clinic for pet owners on low incomes and the promotion of animal welfare and responsible pet ownership, including neutering and microchipping.
