Saving animals from the Okemah, Oklahoma Shelter. We are a group of volunteers serving as the voice for the animals of Okemah.

We are A.R.L.O. (Animal Rescue League of Okemah), a small group of volunteers in Okemah, Oklahoma dedicated to improving the lives of animals in our area. We are a non-profit, 501c3 rescue.
Our first priority is to make every effort to rescue the animals from the Okemah City shelter. We post them on this page to help reunite them with their owners or find homes for them. When the resources are there we also assist the community with strays and the over-population in our area. We educate and promote the importance of spaying and neutering.
This is not an official City page. We are only a few concerned citizens hoping to spread the word and be the voice for the animals of Okemah. We are always looking for more volunteers and foster homes. Please contact us if you are interested in helping.
